RoseBPlabelThis “multi vintage” bottle is beautifully designed displaying the peachy colour of this champagne. At opening, the lively bubbles added an appealing noise to the experience to come. The nose is fruity with black fruits mostly but I can identify some more complex notes of light spices and even tobacco. The palate is medium body and the texture is quiet light and reveals more in depth its fruity character. It is very pleasant and not very powerful. It would be ideal as an aperitif or to accompany a Tuna Tartare Asian Style by example.
