This rosé is “barely blushing” in colour but it shouldn’t. This is red fruit “A GOGO” with cherry and fresh raspberry. Many adjectives can qualify this addictive rose such as soft, subtle, youthful, clean, discreet and elegant. The palate enhances even more the red fruit experience. For this stunning champagne we tried it with a squab pigeon and crayfish casserole. It was a Bomb. So much that we stopped tasting for a few minutes. A real winner!
